Biographical Sketch: Philip is a PhD student in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta, and a research assistant for Dr. McCabe’s research group. His current research focuses on optimizing the use of diagnostic and monitoring tests for personalized medicine. Philip is also developing a cost effectiveness model for the ELF (Enhanced Liver Fibrosis) Test, which is one of the case study technologies in PACEOMICS.
