Biographical Sketch: Kevin R. Betts, Ph.D., is a Social Science Analyst at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Office of Prescription Drug Promotion. Dr. Betts’ research has covered a diverse array of applied topics such as healthcare judgment and decision making, behavioral aspects of food safety, and counterterrorism. His current research projects involve investigation into consumer and healthcare professional information processing as it pertains to prescription drug promotional materials.
