Biographical Sketch: Ian is a PhD student based at the Manchester Centre for Health Economics at The University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Ian is currently completing a PhD which examines the economic impact of introducing risk-based screening intervals for women attending for breast cancer screening in the UK. Ian has general interests in stratified or personalised medicine, genetics and diagnostics.
