Short Course Evaluations

Your feedback is important to both the planning committee and the speakers.   This year all short course evaluations will be completed online.  The web links for each course evaluation will be placed on the meeting web pages and sent to attendees via email by Sunday afternoon.  Please complete the short course evaluation on-line no later than Monday, Oct. 21st by 3:00 pm.

SMDM uses these evaluations to select the “Award for Outstanding Short Course” which is presented at the annual meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 during the Early Career Awards.   So it is imperative that all evaluations are completed by Monday so the results can be tabulated and the awardee can be selected.
