Biographical Sketch: Dr. Young is a psychiatrist and health services researcher. He is Professor at UCLA, and Associate Director of the Health Services Research Center at the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Healthcare Center. He has recently led VA and NIH research grants focusing on evaluating and improving healthcare, implementation science, and the use of health informatics and peer supports to improve health and healthcare in people with mental illness.
