Biographical Sketch: I hold a Pharm from the University of Lisbon, Portugal and a MSc and PhD in Health Economics, both from the University of York, UK.I am a Health Economist at RTI, International based int he Chicago, IL, USA office.
My research focuses on the economic evaluation of health care technologies. I have specific interests in the application of statistical and decision-analytic methods for cost-effectiveness analysis of public health interventions, the use of evidence synthesis techniques and value of information analysis, epidemiological modeling and the economics of addiction.
