Biographical Sketch: I am currently a part-time DPhil student at the University of Oxford, Kellogg College, in Evidence-Based Health Care. This research was conducted while I was the CAO of a large surgical group practice and during the time I was also an MS student at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, Geisel Medical School, Dartmouth College.
