Biographical Sketch: SMDM Member since 2002. Advisor in analytics at CVS Health. Conduct research into risk stratification, evaluation of health services and the value of medication adherence. Formerly on faculty at Washington University in St. Louis where I was the director of the Center for Economic Evaluation in Medicine, and conducted economic evaluation studies in ophthalmology, oncology, orthopedics, and pathology.
