Biographical Sketch: Cecilia has a MSc in Health Economics from National Institute of Public Health. She has collaborated in the evaluation of health technologies for medical devices in the Mexican Health Ministry. She served as Health Economics Advisor to Medical Infrastructure Planning Coordination in the Mexican Institute of Social Security.
