This event will provide a forum for women to discuss professional development topics that are particularly challenging or of concern to women. This new event will create informal opportunities to network, promote strategies for self-reflection, and offer actionable recommendations to enhance women's professional experience.
This year we will focus on the art of negotiation. This will cover negotiation on a wide variety of topics such as job offers, retention packages, and work-life balance modifications.
