Biographical Sketch: Dr. Weir has a PhD in social cognitive psychology as well as a MS in Nursing. Her interests center improving decision making and team communication by improving clinicians use of technology Her research interests center around applying theoretical cognitive principles to the design and evaluation of the human-systems interaction.
