Biographical Sketch:
Johannes received his medical degree from the University of Tuebingen/Germany in 1994, were he as well stayed for his training in clinical neurology. Additionally Johannes joined the neuro-oncology working group of Michael Weller performing in vitro studies phenotyping tumour cells for oncogenes and treatment response. In 2000 Johannes joined the group of Roger Nitsch at the University of Zurich (Division of Psychiatry Research) as a fellow and from 2001 on as a consultant. Heading the outpatient and memory clinic he participated in phase 1 to 4 clinical trials, evaluation of new PET ligands, structural & functional MRI, as well as genetic studies. In September Johannes joined Johnson & Johnson PRD/ Experimental Medicine. In this position he focusses on early development in Neurology & Psychiatry.
