Biographical Sketch:
Carolyn Rutter is a Senior Statistician at RAND with 15 years of experience with microsimulation modeling as a PI for the Cancer Intervention and Surveillance Modeling Network (CISNET). In her statistical work, Dr. Rutter focus on Bayesian methods, giving her a unique perspective on simulation modeling in general, and model calibration in particular.
