Biographical Sketch: Annemieke Witteveen finished her bachelor in Technical Medicine in 2012 at the University of Twente. In 2013 she completed the master Health Sciences with the track Health Services and Management. Her master thesis was titled "Effect of disease-free interval after breast cancer on survival”. After graduation, Annemieke started working as a PhD at the department of Health Technology and Services Research at the University of Twente.
