PANEL DISCUSSION: INDIVIDUAL-LEVEL AGEING AND END OF LIFE DECISION MAKING

This panel will highlight the barriers of decision making that are most in line with the patient’s wellbeing in the context of the patient-physician-family interaction within the health system, particularly in Asia-Pacific countries. Questions to be addressed will include: What can be done to overcome these barriers? What has worked in health systems in the region and globally?
