How we make and understand decisions, apply those decision in the real world and value those choices as individuals and a society are tightly interwoven. Decision Science, Ethics and Implementation, are inseparable yet are often treated separately.  Each discipline has much to offer the others, these insights range from methods to perspectives.  In this symposium, we will explore some of the ethical issues challenging these fields and share insights and experience on how they may be approached.  Topics will range from the ethics of decision modeling to decision capacity and applying decisions in the real world to exploring what decision science can learn from bioethics.
